Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Buzz app (the “Application”) for mobile devices created by Buzz (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You may not copy or modify the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative works. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Changes

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful and efficient and may modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated.

Data and Device Responsibility

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone as it may compromise security and proper functioning of the Application.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions, including:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Sentry

Limitations of Liability

Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of connectivity or data limits. If you use the Application outside Wi‑Fi, your mobile provider’s terms apply and you are responsible for any charges, including roaming.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. While the Service Provider strives to keep information updated and accurate, it relies on third parties and assumes no liability for direct or indirect loss from reliance on the Application’s functionality.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application and may cease providing it at any time. Upon termination, rights and licenses end and you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Review this page regularly for changes. We will post the new Terms and Conditions on this page when changes occur.
